Your fulfillment
in Spain.

A new market, more to coordinate

Grow your brand in Spain.
Leave the local warehouse to us.

Every hour spent managing local stock, preparing orders or handling logistics issues is time away from building your brand in a new market.

01Preparing orders
02Managing stock
03Coordinating carriers
04Handling returns
05Resolving logistics issues

We’re building Nodum to handle these day-to-day tasks for you.

How it works

Your operation in Spain, step by step.

  1. 01

    Connect

We define your fulfillment setup in Spain and plan how your store will connect with Nodum.

  2. 02

    Receive

We receive, check and organise your inventory in Spain.

  3. 03

    Prepare

Picking, packing and personalisation, including kits or bundles where your brand needs them.

  4. 04

    Dispatch

We prepare your orders for dispatch and coordinate delivery in Spain with carriers.

  5. 05

    Stay in control

Outsource the operation, not your control. Keep visibility over orders, stock, returns and issues.

Goods must be in free circulation or in the customs status required for receipt. Any import or customs clearance must be arranged by your brand or its representatives; Nodum does not act as a customs agent, fiscal representative or importer of record.

Why Nodum

Your logistics should fit your brand.
Not the other way round.

Six principles for local fulfillment with control, brand identity and clarity.

01 / CONTROL

Control without running a warehouse

We handle the operation in Spain. You retain visibility over orders, stock, returns and issues.

02 / CLARITY

Costs you can understand

A clear breakdown of costs, so you understand what you are paying for and which parts of your operation generate each cost.

03 / PERSONAL CONTACT

A partner who understands your operation

Clear processes and direct contact, so we understand how your business works and adapt the service as your needs change.

04 / OUR SOFTWARE

Our own software, included in your fulfillment.

Your brand has its own way of working. We are building our software as part of the service, connecting orders, inventory, returns and costs with your packing instructions. One place to follow your operation in Spain, make decisions when needed and stay in control without managing a local warehouse.

05 / SUBSCRIPTION

Subscription-based fulfillment. Costs you can plan around.

We are developing a subscription model for order preparation and shipping in Spain, designed to help reduce costs and make logistics easier to budget for. We will review your order volumes and operational needs to define a proposal with a clear scope and transparent costs.

06 / IDENTITY

Your brand does not end at checkout

Packaging, inserts, kits, bundles and packing rules tailored to your brand. Outsourcing fulfillment in Spain should not mean losing your identity at delivery.

Nodum software / Operational control

We operate.
You stay in control.

We are designing a portal where you can track orders, check inventory, set packing instructions and review costs for your operation in Spain. It supports the fulfillment service, so you can stay informed without running a local warehouse.

Versions and review

The right packing instructions for each order.

The planned workflow includes agreeing packing instructions with Nodum before activation. Each order should retain the version used when preparation began.

Nodum / What we handle
Review the packing specification and use it in preparation.
Your brand / What you see
Your brand’s packaging, messages, versions and materials.

Outsource your logistics, not your control.

We are preparing software and operations as one service for our 2027 opening, with visibility over inbound deliveries, connections and documents too.

Ecosystem

Designed around your ecosystem.

Connections between your store, marketplaces, data and carriers, designed to reduce manual work and support your fulfillment in Spain.

Your online store, connected to the operation.

The sales channels you already use.

Data imports, exports and connections to suit the operation.

Connecting preparation and dispatch.

One operation. Different connections.

The aim is to coordinate information around your operation and keep it visible through Nodum. Connections will be defined around your agreed operational needs.

Explore each connection.

Specific compatibility will be confirmed before launch.
